Ritmüller EU112 Upright Piano, 2014 – Elegant Compact Piano for Sale

This beautifully presented 2014 Ritmüller EU112 upright piano combines stylish modern design, expressive tone and dependable construction in a compact instrument ideally suited to the family home, teaching studio or smaller living space.

At 112cm high, the Ritmüller EU112 offers an impressive balance between size and musical performance. Its taller cabinet and carefully designed soundboard provide greater string length and soundboard area than many smaller upright pianos, helping to produce a warm, resonant bass, clear middle register and bright, singing treble. The result is a piano with impressive tonal depth and dynamic range, whether played softly for relaxed home practice or with greater energy for advanced repertoire.

The EU112’s contemporary cabinet is both practical and elegant. Its compact dimensions—approximately 146cm wide, 60cm deep and 112cm high—make it easy to accommodate in modern homes without compromising the presence and character of a full-size acoustic piano. Chrome fittings complement the clean, minimal styling, while the refined casework allows the instrument to sit naturally alongside both traditional and contemporary furniture.

Inside, this Ritmüller piano benefits from a solid spruce soundboard, Pearl River action and quality Röslau strings manufactured in Germany. These carefully selected components contribute to a responsive touch, reliable repetition and a warm European-style tonal character. The three-pedal layout includes a practice pedal, making the piano particularly useful for learners, families and anyone living in a shared or quieter environment.

Ritmüller has a long and fascinating association with piano making. The original Ritmüller name dates back to Göttingen, Germany, where piano production began in 1795. Today, the brand is associated with Pearl River, one of the world’s major piano manufacturers, which developed modern Ritmüller instruments to combine European-inspired musical design with advanced manufacturing methods and carefully selected materials.

This used Ritmüller EU112 piano is an excellent choice for a beginner looking for a serious first acoustic piano, an intermediate player wanting a richer and more capable instrument, or an experienced pianist seeking a compact upright with attractive styling and a distinctive sound. It offers substantially more character and musical expression than many entry-level upright pianos, while remaining practical for everyday family use.

As a family piano sales business, we can provide knowledgeable advice, professional preparation and guidance on delivery, tuning and aftercare. We welcome enquiries, and prospective buyers are encouraged to arrange a viewing and play this impressive Ritmüller EU112 upright piano for sale.
