We have been established since 1953 when Ronald Ware the founder of our piano business completed his apprenticeship at Hickies & Hickies music shop Boscombe, Dorset where his master could also trace his learning lineage back to the 19th century. We have been expertly restoring, repairing and tuning pianos for Radio 4, music colleges, and were former County Council contract school piano tuners and repairers for Dorset, Hampshire, West Sussex, Harrow and Bucks. Our experience and expertise is second to none. We sell only Pianos; your piano purchase is special to us and would love to continue the after care for years to come!

The finest pianos have been hand made by master artisans in guild workshops for centuries. Only the finest materials can be hand crafted to produce a master instrument. Kayserburg have replicated this tradition with their ‘Artist’ series orchestrated by Swiss master piano maker Stephan Mohler in Guangzhou.

The use of state of the art computerised machinery ensures accurate precision far beyond the human capability whilst allowing time for the artisans to perfect hand finishing in the traditional style of piano craftsmanship workshops.

Hand finished premier piano from the largest factory in the world without doubt easily the equal of any other. The KA2X is from the hand built Master series and there for very exclusive and once this model has been sold we will not be able to stock another for around 6 months! These model pianos are made from the largest piano factory in the world (Pearl River) but within that factory is an Artisan group small factory hand building and finishing these unique instruments. The Pearl River factory has built the Steinway Essex since 2006, and also have had a partnership with Yamaha since 1995. So we feel so privileged to be able to offer the Kayserburg brand, we invite all to come and see and play our model in our Dorset piano showroom.
